By accessing or using any part of Digibee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Digital Services

Digibee provides users with a comprehensive suite of browser-based developer utilities, 3D WebGL viewers, file converters, financial calculators, native Android applications, and related software tools.

We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any feature, tool, or service at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in order to maintain performance, security, and quality standards.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Gateway (BillDesk)

• Pricing Currency (INR): All prices, subscription fees, and charges for premium tools, features, or digital items are explicitly quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian taxation laws, are calculated and levied in accordance with current statutory rates.
• Authorized Payment Processing: All electronic payment transactions are facilitated through RBI-authorized payment gateway partners, including BillDesk.
• Authorization: By submitting payment details on our platform, you warrant that you are legally authorized to utilize the specified card, net banking account, or UPI handle.

4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious activities under Indian or international laws.
• Attempting to breach, disable, or circumvent any security features, firewalls, or authentication mechanisms.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any proprietary utility or algorithm.
• Using automated scrapers, bots, or data mining software that creates an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, trojans, or harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Disclaimers

All software, UI designs, trademarks, graphics, code, and documentation on Digibee are the exclusive intellectual property of Digibee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Digibee disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, payment transactions, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
